Welcome to Video Two - Embracing Your Inner Voice.

In the last video you sorted out your inner critic.

You two had a heart to heart conversation.

Now you know what your inner critic has to say so let’s give her a big thank you for having your back.

Remember, your inner critic just wants to save you from all the worst case scenarios that could ever happen.

Their concern is legit even if their motives are irrational.

Today you’re going to discuss the reality of the inner critics fear and criticism.

You’re going to take day one and build on the conversation.

In Video 2 of your mini-journal, you’re going to fill out what you wrote from video one from your conversation with the inner critic.

Then you’re going to get your response, from the wisdom of your inner voice, out of your head and address each one of their points step-by-step so that you can start to embrace your inner voice.

So let’s take my example from video one creating this entire program for women reclaim your relevance.

I took my inner critic’s some what valid but irrational points and I broke them down systematically.

Is it true that I will have haters? 100%.  Anytime anyone goes big there’s always somebody in the world that wants to bring them down and sadly it can be those closest to you.   Is this the first time it has ever happened? No.

But even if it was will I survive it? Yes will it make me stronger? Yes

What about my husband? What about not having enough time for him?

That’s a valid point.  I don’t know what tomorrow is going to look like for either one of us. But I know if I’m intentional with blocking time with my husband and he with me it will all work out in the end.

And, I’ll cover the last point made from the inner critic which was who do you think you are.  You see, the inner critic always goes to the heart, to the biggest fear, the biggest limiting belief that we have of ourselves.

So who do I think I am?

I am a woman that has worn many hats:

Daughter, Wife, Mother, Friend and Colleague.  I have coached hundreds of Women and Men in all areas of their life and empowered them to make radical transformations in their lives.

I have struggled, I have had fears, I have believed my limitations until I changed my mindset.

That is who I am.

That is why I know I have a lot to offer.

So today, you will start the process of Embracing your Inner Critic!

See you in Video 3!
