My name is Christi Ratcliff
For over 12 years, I’ve had the honor of coaching both women and men through seasons of growth, transition, and transformation. I’m a certified Life, Leadership, Marriage, and Financial Coach — trained as a Gallup Strengths Coach, How to Fascinate Advisor, and in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). My approach is deeply relational and Spirit-led, grounded in truth and fueled by purpose. After 4 years of running a successful 35-acre wedding venue, I returned to my first calling: walking alongside Christian women as they RISE into the unique purpose God has placed on their lives. I believe coaching isn’t about fixing you — it’s about uncovering what God already placed within you.
